Management Accountant - Brokers

Leading Brokerage business are looking for a t-p, who can produce high quality management and financial information and interpret the results for senior management. You will also be required to contribute to the profitable management of the properties owned by the funds for which the jobholder is responsible. Provide transactional financial support to fund and asset managers.

* Take responsibility for periodic management and financial accounts, budgets, forecasts and strategic plans to predetermined timetables and to a high degree of accuracy for specified funds and companies.
* To oversee distribution of net rental income to clients for specified funds, following assessment of current and forecast cash flow and service charge/irrecoverable expenditure. 
* Prepare analysis of significant variances on key profit and loss and balance sheet accounts.
* Provide financial support and analysis to fund and asset managers to assist in asset acquisitions, disposals and lettings.

Skills / Requirements

* The preferred candidate will be ACA/CIMA /ACCA qualified or equivalent
* Comfortable with working to tight deadlines
* Ability to effectively communicate with a broad range of stakeholders
* Excellent Excel skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Self-motivated
