Retail Management Accountant

A small independent fashion label based in central London is looking for a Retail Management Accountant to join their growing team.  This role is an urgent requirement so applicants need to be immediately available or on short notice periods.

Daily duties include:
 
- Production of monthly management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations 
- Daily/weekly cash flow forecasting 
- Bank reconciliations 
- General ledger maintenance 
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Preparation of monthly Intrastat return 
- Preparation of national stats 
  
Candidate requirements:
 
- Experience of producing monthly management accounts
- Very good Excel skills (ability to use pivot tables, vlook ups etc)  
- You will be educated to or currently studying towards a Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA)
