Job: Management Accountant

Based in Buckinghamshire, our client seeks a qualified accountant to join them as a Management Accountant. In this role you would be managing a team of 3 staff in finance taking responsibility for  management accounting, budgeting & forecasting, monthly and annual financial reporting, VAT, Intrastat tax and ad-hoc reports as well as managing the day-to-day accounting. Reporting directly in to the Finance Director it is key that you are keen to drive and motivate a team and ensure that all process are adhered to.

The right person for this role will be ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified and will have a proven track record working in a role with similar responsibilities. Confidence in management and financial reporting is a must along with experience working for a business of medium size. It is also key that you possess strong IT skills ideally working on an ERP system.
