Management Accountant

An opportunity to work at a flag ship head office has arisen for a leading FMCG organisation that is based in Leeds. My client is looking to recruit for a Management Accountant to driving efficiencies and enabling effective support is delivered to business decisions.

Within the role you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director where you will advise on the commercial circumstances of a specific division of this organically growing sector. With a proactive attitude you will be driving efficiencies and optimise performance through ensuring systems are delivering the reporting requirements the business desires. You will be responsible for preparing monthly management reports and supporting this with analysis. You will manage reporting tools and data bases as well as driving the financial budgeting and forecasting process. You will undertake analysis of product and customer profitability working closely with the logistical team providing cost analysis and optimisation projects.

To be considered for this role you will be fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA ) and have a strong proven analytical background. Ideally you will have gained experience working in a FMCG or manufacturing environment and have a strong background working with excel.
