Management Accountant - AVP

As part of the growth and development of their central analytics team, they are looking to hire an experienced management accountant at the AVP level, and is part of a team responsible for 
- Co-ordination and production of the global management accounting results of the bank for both flash and actual, co-ordination of CIB budgeting, strategic planning and quarterly forecasting, co-ordination of business structure changes and resultant management accounting restatement process, preparation of financial information and analysis for Board presentations, Group Executive Committee meetings, rating agency presentations, External Analyst presentations and ad hoc information requests from senior management.  Specific tasks include  analysis and explanation of variances between actual month-end results and flash and prior periods for use in presentations and externally published data,preparation of the externally published Revenue Split - ensuring that the figures are understandable to people who do not have the technical knowledge and background.

Candidates must be qualified accountants, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to analyse and present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.  Banking experience is an advantage but not essential - candidates with the relevant transferable skills gained within a larger corporate company will also be considered.
